Support
If you have a problem with any equipment, software or work that you have purchased
from us, we will always do our best to support you. If the item is still within
warranty and the problem was a result of faulty equipment or services provided by
ourselves, there will be no charge for the support.
We can also sometimes quote for supporting equipment or software that was purchased
elsewhere, although you should always go to your original supplier if the item is
still within warranty.
Chargeable support issues are charged at the hourly rate of £40+VAT. If you
